CSSEdit
We've been using this program for over 3 years now and use it every day in coding and creating design templates. In our opinion this css editor from macrabbit.com is the best around. It's rock solid in performance, fast, efficient, and produces consistent killer CSS code helping make our jobs a little less hectic. The auto complete feature is a huge time saver for us too. The built-in validation feature is an added plus too. For us, CSSEdit is an indespensible tool in our design development software arsenal and one we can highly recommend using.

Taco HTML Edit
Although there are a lot of other html editors out there, we've always had great results using Taco HTML Edit. This program has been around a long time and has always delivered consistent standards complaint html code for us from day one. The latest version is fast, lightweight, and offers support for a variety of coding from html to php to javascripting. It's syntax checking is very helpful too.

TextWrangler
TextWrangler is a lightweight but very powerful general text editor you can use to edit design plist files and javascript files with. From Bare Bones Software, TextWrangler's built-in multiple document global search and replace feature is a real time saver for us here. This is a text editor we rely on daily for to assist us in our template coding work.

There are a lot of screen capture programs out there today, but one we kep coming back to over and over again is a screen capture program called Paparazzi! With it you can easily capture full page screen images of site pages at actual size and save them as png files. and Then you can open them up using the image editor of your choice, make any adjustments and annotations, and save it. Very fast and easy to use.
